Notice your patterns.
Raw questionnaire summaries offer a view of your self-reported tendencies, without population rankings. Consider what feels familiar—and what deserves a closer look.
Leadership, considered.
Step back from the demands of leadership. Find language for your tendencies, examine your choices, and make room for a more deliberate next step.

A more useful conversation
AIMYA brings self-reported personality tendencies, work priorities and leadership examples into one reviewed reflection report. It gives you a starting point for dialogue and development.

Bring your self-selected values into the conversation. These priorities are unscored: their meaning comes from the choices and tradeoffs you describe.
Explore observations supported by exact quotes, possible strengths and overuse, and development questions grounded in your written examples.
The approach
Your responses provide the evidence. AI helps prepare a draft; a human reviewer checks that evidence and approves the report.
Understand the purpose and boundaries before deciding to take part.
Respond to questionnaire statements and describe leadership situations in your own words.
AI drafts observations tied to your written responses, with the source evidence alongside.
A human reviewer checks the evidence and approves the report before it is shared.
Both formats use the same 50-item public-domain IPIP questionnaire. The short format adds 3 interview prompts, with an estimated target of roughly 20 minutes. The extended format adds 10 prompts for a more in-depth reflection.
Inside the report
See the link between a written example, a possible observation and a question to explore. The report makes that reasoning available for discussion.

“I asked for objections before we agreed on a limited trial.”
Possible observation
Invited dissent before committing to an approach.
A development question
When might you need to make a decision before everyone agrees?
Fictional example for illustration. An observation to explore, not an established finding about a person.
A considered boundary
Self-reported responses offer one perspective. Context, experience and the conversation that follows all matter.
AIMYA is experimental leadership reflection. It does not establish capability, predict team fit or support hiring decisions. The current release is a private fictional demonstration.
