Personality tendencies
Raw summaries of how you answered the 50 questionnaire items, grouped by the trait families the public-domain IPIP set uses.
No percentiles, no population rankings, no comparison group.Reviewed reflection reports for leaders
AIMYA brings self-reported personality tendencies, work priorities and written leadership examples into a single reflection report. An AI drafts observations tied to what you wrote; a human reviewer checks the evidence and approves the report before it reaches you.
Choose the depth of the written interview. The 50 questionnaire items do not change.
50 items · 3 prompts
Around 20 minutes for most people. That figure is an estimate for planning, not a measured promise.
50 items · 10 prompts
An in-depth alternative for people who want to work through more situations in writing.

01The report
Five parts, assembled from your own answers. Each part states plainly where its material came from, and nothing is ranked against a population or a benchmark group.
Raw summaries of how you answered the 50 questionnaire items, grouped by the trait families the public-domain IPIP set uses.
No percentiles, no population rankings, no comparison group. The priorities you selected yourself, listed as you chose them so you can see what you put first when asked to choose.
Unscored. Selection is not treated as a measurement.Observations about how you describe leading, each one attached to an exact quote from your written responses so you can check the reading against your own words.
Every practice carries the sentence it came from.Where a practice you describe may serve you well, and where the same habit could work against you if it runs past its usefulness.
Written as possibilities to consider, not findings.Open questions drawn from the same material, meant for your own thinking or for a conversation with a coach, mentor or adviser.
Questions to sit with, not recommendations to follow.A record of what the report is built on: your questionnaire responses, your written answers, and the human reviewer’s approval of the final text.
Reviewers work in the reviewer workspace.02Process
Four stages, in order. Nothing is published to you until a person has read the draft against your responses and approved it.
You are invited, told what will be collected and how it will be used, and asked to agree before anything begins.
You respond to the 50 questionnaire statements, then write about real situations you have led through.
An AI drafts observations tied to your written responses, keeping the sentence each observation came from.
A reviewer checks each observation against its evidence, edits or removes what is not supported, and approves the report.
An observation is only allowed to say what a quoted sentence supports. If the reviewer cannot find the wording behind a claim, the claim does not stay in the report. That is the whole discipline of the method, and it is the reason the report reads like a record of what you said rather than a verdict about who you are.
You can read the full structure in the sample report.
03Preview
A shortened extract showing the house style. The person, the responses and the observations below are fictional, written to demonstrate layout and tone.
The report is written to be re-read. Questionnaire material is reported raw, choices are reported as choices, and anything interpretive is placed next to the sentence that prompted it.

AIMYA reflection report · extended form
50 questionnaire items · 10 written prompts · reviewed and approved by a person
Raw summaries of self-reported answers to the public-domain IPIP items. Not percentiles, not rankings, and not compared with any other group of people.
Selected by the participant, shown in the order chosen. Unscored.
“I asked for objections before we agreed on a limited trial.”
Exact quote from a written response
The observation is limited to what this sentence supports. It does not describe skill level or predict what would happen on another team.
Objections surface early, so a commitment is made with the doubts already on the table.
Waiting for objections to be resolved may hold a decision open longer than the situation allows.
Written as possibilities to weigh, not as findings about the participant.
“When might you need to make a decision before everyone agrees?”
One of several open questions for reflection or discussion.
Reviewed by a person against the participant’s written responses and approved for release. This extract is fictional demonstration material.
04Boundaries
AIMYA is an experimental reflection tool. Being clear about its edges is part of using it responsibly, particularly in organisations where reports can travel further than intended.
Everything in the report comes from what the participant chose to write and how they answered a questionnaire about themselves. It reflects self-description on the day.
This assessment does not establish capability, predict team fit or support hiring decisions. It should not be used to select, rank, promote or exclude anyone.
A human reviewer removes wording the evidence does not carry. What remains is still an interpretation the participant is free to disagree with.
